FAQ

How does delivery work?

Thank you for your order! Our deliveries leave the store Tuesday-Saturday at 4pm. A member of our team will be calling you to process a credit card payment and let you know when to expect the contactless delivery. If you don’t have a credit card we can accept debit payment upon delivery.

How do I know my order has been placed?

You will see a popup with a green outline reading “Thank you for your order!Please check your inbox for a confirmation email.” and a confirmation email.

I click the SEND button but nothing happens?

This means there is a mandatory filed that has not been completed.Please scroll up to see the field highlighted in red.

How do I know my order is correct?

You will receive a confirmation email listing your selection in red.The driver will also call you before starting deliveries to confirm your order.
