A light, golden pale ale. Brewed with Centennial and Amarillo hops, giving it a strong citrus character, backed up by a light and sweet malt body.

Queen’s Best Bitter
This beer will remind our worldly guests of local pub ales in England. A strong malt base of nut and stone fruits, balanced with an equally strong hop character of earthy and floral notes.

A twist on the classic Witbier style; a strong citrus presence along with the classic Belgian yeast spiciness. The difference being a large Chamomile addition which makes our Wit incredibly smooth.

Tipsy Cow Milk Stout
Our Milk Stout uses dark malts to offer notes of chocolate and coffee. Unlike other stouts, it benefits from lactose that adds some sweetness and lends a creamy mouth-feel.

On the other end of the spectrum from the Falcon Blonde is our IPA. Our most hop forward beer benefits from an intense dry-hopping, giving it a large tropical fruit character and strong notes of citrus.
